Laura spots a bush nearby. Determined to not use her training pants, she ducks behind it. With fumbling hands, she removes her overalls and pulls down her training pants, then squats. She sighs in relief as she empties her bladder. Too late, she realizes she has no toilet paper. But she doesn’t want to use leaves or grass. So, grimacing, she pulls her training pants back up. They become slightly damp, but not enough to fade the princesses patterned on it.
Satisfied, Laura puts her overalls on and continues her walk down the street. She passes by a park with a large decorative fountain in it. Even though she didn’t wipe, she still feels like she needs to wash her hands after peeing, so she hurries over to the fountain.
Thankfully, while there are a lot of adults nearby, none of them seem remotely interested in her. They’re all busy with something else. Laura rinses her hands off in the fountain, then returns to her walk.
Before she can get too far, however, Laura runs into another problem.
