"The girl wants to be a teenager"
Rita taps herself on the head. Duh. As weird as it might be to accept, Aaron or Amelia or whatever is supposed to be a teenager. She must have used the app to make herself younger. Rita being a jerk figuring she could fix a joke altered the sentence.

Immediately the infant looked at her little tiny baby hands and began screaming and wailing throwing a tantrum. “Me not norma!”
Keeping Amelia away from the phone Rita scanned her one last time.
“The 1 year old girl is frustrated being a human.”
Rita pushed the pissed off toddler off her lap and altered the 1. She figured she’d be more rational and aged her up to 14. The blonde girl stood pouting in her uniform, braces and a ponytail.
“You better freaking explain Rita otherwise I am totally telling the principle the truth why am I not back to normal!”

In the middle of her conversation Amelia snatch the phone out of Rita’s hands typing away and gaining distance she tapped on the phone and it dropped on the ground suddenly where the teenage girl once was stood a chrome toaster, Rita gathered the phone rubbing her forehead.
