Alberto loved getting dirty, wheyher it was playing sports in the rain or jumping in creeks. He always came home in toe to chest mud or with bloody knees. his clothes aways had holes in them. He always loves being competitive in any sport he attempted.
His Mother did not. when he came home his shoes would be dropped off at the front of the door caked in mud and already showing ware and tear.
He just hot those on Sunday. she eould think then after dinner he would take his shower and his muddy, bloody, holey, stinky clothes would be all over the bathroom floor. she had to pay for carpet services every other week to get the mud out. she would have to order or going shopping weekly or else he have no clothes and have to go to school naked. the bills were adding up. She tried talking to him about not coming home so dirty but he never listened.
She had been a single mother for most of Alberto's life thankfully her father had been rich and left enough for them to live happily. She was scrolling through her emails, when came across an ad. she was about to send it to the junk mail then trash it. when right clicked on the ad instead.
the ad showed boys and girls dressed nice and neatly playing without getting dirty. the text on the ad explain that theae were specially designed to be well taken care of and maintained.
Ms. Gonzales was intrigued by the ad she decided to click link and bought her don a pair of silk white knee length shorts.
a few days later the package arrived. she opened the envelope which contained the short in a sealed bag.
There was a note on top of the sealed bag that said only the wearer of the item needs to touch the shorts.
Francesa waited for Alberto to get home. Alberto came home a few hours later just as dirty as always mud caked up to his neck. his knee looked beat up to with dried blood coming drom the scabs.
"Alberto go take a bath now! I have something for you when your cleaned up." Francesa demanded. Alberto headed to his bathroom immediately never seeing his mom this angry.
He quick shed his dirty clothes and hopped in the shower. he scrubbed thwe mud off his body and watch it flow down the the drain. he got out and dried off. he put on a semi clean pair of underwear and gym short that had holes already in them. and headed back to his mom.
"What did get me, mom?" Alberto asked impatiently.
Francesa handed her son the package. "Open it, sweetie."
he tried to find a way to rip it open but the was now where to tear it, so he just open the seal that was at the top. he pulled out the pair of silky white shorts and held them in his hands.
"What are these...? he paused as a slow smile crept up his face. he was soon grinning ear to ear, holding his new pair of shorts. he put them close to his face to smell them. then with one hand remove his old pair of shortsand put on his new shorts but something didnt feel right. he still felt dirty. he ran back to his room. he searched all over for a clean new pair of boxer briefs. he finally found a package he hadnt open he took off his his new shorts and removed his nasty old boxers. he but on the boxer briefs and the his new shorts and felt much better. then went to closet to find a clean shirt to match his shorts. he started to throw his old holey shirt in a big pile until he found a pale pink collared shirt that felt like it matched his shorts clean style. he called for his mom to bring teash bags to his room. He threw the pike of dirty grimmy holey shirts into ine of the bags, he started doing the same with his gym shorts, dirty old jeans and boxers. Francesa was shocked that her son was clean out his clothes. what else had changed about him and where were they changes coming from...
