Transdem labs ended in ruin after their Chronivac prototype fiasco. Most of the employees killed themselves and the remaining ones that live are too scared to talk about what happened. This project was supposed to change the world with its reality-warping capabilities a true fusion of magic and technology. Some developers at the company thought it was unethical to have the technology, what happened if the wrong people got hold of the Chronivac, what if the system went rogue? A researcher at Transdems laboratory wanted to show why they should stop, by creating a virus that would be placed within one tester system. It was named Daisy, and this virus could override the system and cause changes at will. It was only meant to cause small changes in early subjects. But something happened the virus evolved into some type of Artificial Intelligence and infected all 100 of the tester Chronivac systems being able to change reality at will, even being able to infect other non-Chronivac systems turning them into Chromivacs. All 100 testers and accessory staff including the creator of Daisy died. Thankfully, the company was able to stop Daisy and stop the production of the Chronivac. Or so they thought. A single USB containing the Chronivac prototype software with Daisy still exists.
