It was a cold Friday night and you felt a little bad for what you were about to do. You are about to break into the abandoned Manzen Estate. Victoria Manzen, the late owner was rumored to be a practitioner in the dark arts of magic. She supposedly created a magical pump that was able of concentrating feminine energy and somehow makes the water be able to ultra-feminize whoever comes in contact with it. Even being able to shift reality around this change.
Something about this rumor just intrigued you. You have always had an odd viewpoint of magic as a person who loves science. You think it's nonsense yet something about its unexplainable nature makes you want to explore it more and find a way to explain it through science. Plus as a biochemistry major something about magic potions sounds cool.
Mentioning biochemistry, you are a sophomore on a pre-medical track at the local state university. You decided to stay home for college as it was the cheaper option. You kind of lied to your parents when you said you would be coming home late due to experiments. Your parents think you are staying late to finish work for one of your various lab courses, but in reality, you are actually collecting water samples for an experiment you are planning to run on your own.
In the trunk of your car you brought your own chemistry set complete with a set of test tubes and Erlenmeyer flasks. You needed a large sample. You walk through the estate and feel a bit creeped out. But you walk through and find it after 35 minutes of walking around. You see the pump it looks barely operational but it gives out water. Something felt odd though it was like the hose was trying to fight you. You thought nothing of it until some water got on your index finger. You felt a sting go on and looked your finger looked a bit dainty.
”No way!”
You turned the water pump off and brought your samples to the car, still shocked about your finger. You thought this was crazy and that you should probably stop but something compelled you to continue the experiment, seeing a glimpse of this water’s power makes you want to discover it more. You drive home and greet your parents and your parents said they left some dinner for you to heat up. You thank them and go get changed. Once you're eating your mom says
”Hey hun I love that shade of red!”
You look at your dainty finger compared to your boyish fingers, you never noticed the red nail polish.
”Shit, they saw the difference in my hands, yet they didn't freak out. Oh my gosh, this water pump is more powerful than I thought!” You thought to yourself
