When the four got back downstairs, Jack and Teddy were surprised to see more conjoined siblings walking in. Jack and Tedfyy were still surprised; they had only arrived in ConjoinVerse about fifteen minutes ago, and were still getting used to the fact that everyone here was born with at least one conjoined sibling. As both of the boys were cousins, and their parents married as two sets of twins, it did make sense to have a two-headed mother and a two-headed father here. Their families were close, and in this universe there were even new siblings in existence: Jack's older brother Christian had an identical conjoined twin here named Noah, and Teddy's older brother Cole had two fraternal conjoined twins named Carter and Corey. The Jack and Teddy from ConjoinVerse were conjoined fraternal twins, but they had been transported to NormVerse by their universe's Doctor Park--and his twin brother, also Dr. Park--just as the Jack and Teddyy from NormVerse were transported here by their Doctor Park. The Jack and Teddy from NormVerse and ConjoinVerse had been transported to each other's universes, and so far, Jack and Teddy were still getting used to ConjoinVerse. (Sorry if this intro was a bit complicated, but it helps to know the full story, especially if a new chapter is written.)
In ConjoinVerse, Jack and Teddyy were surprised to see another ConjoinVerse family coming in; apparently their ConjoinVerse mothers had invited them for lunch. As with their own parents, Jack and Teddy saw two heads each on the mother and father bodies; however, it was the heads of their sons that Jack and Teddy truly recognized. Back home in NormVerse, Jack and Teddy were friends with fraternal quadruplets -- Christopher (Chris), Elijah (Eli), Oliver (Oli), and Johnathan (John); not surprisingly, they were CONJOINED fraternal quadruplets here, their four heads arranged in a row across their wide shoulders. The four brothers, like others in ConjoinVerse, noticed immediately that Ryan and Bradley were separate beings with one head each. As their families went into the living room, Jack and Teddy crept back upstairs with their ConjoinVerse friends. They managed to find their own room: like Christian and Noah's bedroom, there was a large bed for two conjoined siblings, a wide desk, a chair that would be seen as a bench in NormVerse, and a closet full of clothes for a two-headed person. It was home, and yet it wasn't.
"So, you two are from a parallel universe?" Chris asked.
"Yep," Jack said.
"Awesome," John smiled.
"From what I can tell," Eli said, "you are the Jack and Teddy from a universe where everyone is born as separate beings with only one head each."
"Well, that is the norm in our world," Teddy answered, "and some of the people in this universe don't even exist there."
"I can't imagine not being with my bros," John said. "What are we like in your world?"
"Well, you are still quadruplets, but not conjoined," Jack said.
"Eli is still the smart one, John enjoys goofing off, and you still love pizza and video games," Teddy said. "Other than your conjoined state here, the guys we know are just the same."
"Well, that's great," Oli said, "but where are the Jack and Teddy that WE know?"
"Oh, well," Jack said, "the Doctor Park in our universe was performing a cross-dimensional experiment, as were the Dr. Parks here in yours. What happened was that we were sent here, and the Jack and Teddy that you guys know were sent to our universe."
"I can only imagine what's happening there now," Jack said.
"Yeah, they'd be freaked out to know that the people in our world only have one head," Teddyy said, "or how our families and friends will react when they find a two-headed version of us."
"No offense," Jack said to the four body bros.
"None taken," said Eli.
"What-evs," John said.
"Don't worry," Oli said.
"We understand," said Chris.
"Boys! Are you all coming down to lunch?" There were four female voices. Jack and Teddyy recognized two as those of their mothers Helena and Lisa, respectively, and the other two were the mothers of the ConjoinVerse quadruplets: Monae and Liza (Monae is their only mother in NormVerse).
And there another question to the boys that they were asking each other: "What do we do now?"
