Principal Scott Lorik was bemused when the brat sued him. He recalled the envelope handed to him by the pudgy guy, through his greasy beard saying "You've been served." The brat, of course, being Luke Redmond. Luke, the blond-haired, green-eyed pain-in-the-ass was an 8th grader at Dupont Middle School, where Scott was the principal. Ever since arriving in 6th grade, the boy had made it his goal to piss off his teachers and principal. Setting small pranks in motion, that over time evolved into much more elaborate schemes to sow chaos and discord through the halls of Dupont. It was enough to drive one mad...
Until the breaking point. Scott found a way to outmaneuver Luke. It was a relief, and he'd be lying if he didn't admit it brought him some joy to quash the rebellious brats reign of terror. Through coordinator with the boys parents, he was able to tap into a tracking device on the boys phone. As the boy was obsessed with his modern technology, like many of his peers, he couldn't simply leave the phone or smart watch he wore behind. And soon, it was apparent to Luke that he was being tracked, and was implicated in a smattering of pranks he normally would have weaseled his way out of with "plausible deniability."
What Scott, the 38 year old man with auburn hair, a slightly round gut, and impeccable fashion sense, failed to consider... the brat holding a grudge. It seemed that the boy was hellbent on humiliating Scott in one last, grand gesture of disrespect...
Luke Redmond was suing Scott Lorik for HIS BODY.
And fast-forward to today: Luke won. He somehow hired a lawyer, pro bono and unaffiliated with his parents, who took the case and argued successfully that the means in which Scott and Luke's parents had collaborated showed a clear lack of concern for the privacy and rights of Luke. So now Scott is laid out on a gurney, being brought into the chamber to have everything, LITERALLY everything he is, stripped away and swapped with that of the obnoxious brat, Luke.
