There was no time to waste; he could only imagine the horrible transformations they were going to pull on his Orcish friend! With bow in one hand and the other holding up his baggy trousers, Ty hurried down the exit passage, leaving the Alchemist's Lab behind. The dungeon he passed through was much the same as before and without a map it was clear he would soon get lost. Worse still, his shrunken form made traversing the long hallways and ruined cobblestone a more difficult and tiring endeavor; even with Sorhafe's Elven physique he found himself running short on breath not long into his search.
Ty was ready to take a rest and reassess his search when a deep, pained yell of an Orc echoed from a nearby chamber. Sticking his head in cautiously, he was greeted by a sight both welcome and horrible: An Orc resembling Steph's character was bloody and bruised, sitting against a wall with an axe at her side. She had a second set of arms beneath her first one, with very clear tears in the cloth of her tunic where they had burst out. Her original character had only two arms, so Ty surmised that they must have been what the Goblins had tricked her into.
More important than that change, though, was her current situation. Several dead Goblins, some crushed and some slashed, lay at her feet. A few more still stood and the largest of the group (larger than Ty, at that) approached. In his hands was a glowing canteen.
"You stupid Orc" the Goblin began. "Never shoulda run. Now we're gonna make sure you never run again!"
One of the little Goblins ran forward and stuck his filthy fingers into her mouth, prying it open. She bit weakly at him, but was too injured to put up a fight. Ty racked his bow, but reconsidered firing. If he initiated combat, it would be just him versus the whole remaining four. A fight he could win but might very well lose. He considered his choices: did he try and save her now, or wait until later for a better opportunity, Steph be damned?
