An elderly woman walks into the store and approaches the old man. As she approaches he says, "I have just the game you’re looking for.”
Puzzled and confused, now the woman asked, “How did you know I was here for a game?”
“This is a magic store my dear lady, now here is the game your 7 year old grandson will be sure to enjoy.”
The old man hands over the game and the lady looked and saw the title 'A Game of Change', and the price of $20 seemed to be just right, she was looking for a game that was different since her grandson Eric never seemed to like the regular gifts.
“I’ll take it”, the woman replies, as she hands over the money.
That night the old man was in for a surprise the women gave her grandson the game, but not liking the game and instead focusing on his new game boy the game went unnoticed, for awhile…..
____________
14 years later…….
____________
Eric, 5’11’’, dark brown hair, and about average weight, was getting ready to hang out with some of his friends. Amy, Jen, and Nicky were coming over to watch some movies and eat pizza. He was upstairs getting ready when he heard the doorbell, running downstairs and opening the door he greeted Amy and Jen.
Both girls stated “Hello!”
“Come on in” as Eric opened the door wider.
Amy the first girl to come in was the reason he was having the party for his 21st birthday. He had a thing for her. She was 5’6’’, with red hair, built a bit rougher then most women, and from what Eric guessed wears a B-cup, but more then everything else her personality was what Eric enjoyed the most.
Jen was Amy’s closest friend she stood at 5’4’’ and was on the heavy side, most likely having D-cups. She frequently changes her hair color today it was black, Erik never really new what her original hair color was and often wondered if she even knew.
Jen said “Alright lets get this party started, where are the movies and pizza?”
Eric also noted that this was just like Jen, slightly aggressive and not thinking about the other people. “The pizza has been ordered to come around 9 pm”, it being 6pm right now, “Also Nicky isn’t here yet and we should probably wait.”
“Screw Nicky” Jen replied, “what do you want us to do until then?’
Eric really hadn’t thought about it but thankfully Amy yelled “Let’s play a board game”
Taking it as the only option Erik said “Ok, I have lots of them that I got as a kid and never played”
Eric ran up the stairs and a moment later came back with a stack of games.
“If you don’t want to try any of these I have more upstairs” as he placed the stack on a table in the room.
Looking through the stack Eric was unsure if they would find one to play, but Jen says, “That one”, Eric picks it up to look at the title. 'A Game of Change' was the title. They open the box and set the game down on the table.
It looked like an old fashion board game with dice, cards, and counting 42 spaces between start and finish. The spaces were different colors and wound the board in a spiral. Amy yelled out “First!”, Jen yelled “Second!”, Eric said “I guess that makes me third.”. As we were talking, three pieces slid across the board to the starting square.
“Wow this is high tech”, Jen said with a smile. Eric was thinking how he could’ve gotten such a high tech game when he was a kid.
Amy picked up the dice and rolled……
