I has the power to take someone's portrait and edit them to the users liking which alters reality to make them look like their edited selves.
Aside from single portrait editing, the tablet is capable of swapping parts between 2 portraits creating chaos in the process. The user can also view a persons traits,personality and genetic code and transfer them to another, creating a new being in the process.
