A green mini van pulls in in front of a blue house, A pink compact pulls in ahead of it. A couple gets out of the mini van, the woman heavily pregnant climbs out of the van. "Wow is that a boutique?" Michel says as she waddles over to the dusty window. The retailer gets out of the pink compact, a young woman in her mid twenties. "My grate-grandparents would say they just ran a clothing store, my grand mom let the business license lapse in 1980. Neighborhood connection, the old families trust me to find new people for the neighborhood, their trying to get the historic distract going again" Meg the relater says. About a third of the houses have open shops under them.
"Bet this would take a lot of renovation to bring it up to code" Mike the husband says. "Less than you would think, the men in my family are mostly plumbers, heck a lot of those codes are based on improvements they have made to the houses around here, my cousins run the hardware store down the block, but back to our business want a tour" Meg says, pulling out a set of keys and climbs up a set of stairs to the door of house. Michel steeping carefully up the stairs followed by her husband.
"I had it cleaned last week, but the last time it was redecorated was by my grandmother in the early eighties, the neighborhood was going down hill at the time and only now bouncing back" Meg says. " All this time this place has been empty " Mike asks. " My grandparents moved out in the nineties when they moved into the house grandpa inherited from his parents in the suburbs, since then mostly relatives going to near by collages have stayed here" Meg says.
The living room had multipole levels, a pit between the couch and T.V. has a fence around it, a bar with benches was along the back wall.
