Sophia Hills was a middle-aged CEO of a large company that made products for women and girls. As such, sexism was not tolerated in the workplace. However, one employee, Daniel Hoffman, was causing a lot of complaints made to HR about his misogynistic behavior. She was about to start the long process of firing Daniel when the Chronivac arrived at her door. After playing around with it (starting by making herself back in her twenties), Sophia had come to the conclusion that she would give Daniel an option. Either be fired, or become a product tester for the company.
“Miss Hills?” Sophia looked up. Lost in her thoughts, she hadn’t realized that her assistant had brought Daniel into her office. “Daniel Hoffman is here for his meeting with you.”
“Thank you, Lacey, you may leave,” Sophia said. Lacey left, closing the door behind her. “Sit, Mr. Hoffman.” Daniel sat in the chair in front of her desk.
“What’s going on?” he asked.
“I’ve been getting too many complaints about you to justify keeping you on board in your current role,” Sophia said. Daniel’s eyes went wide.
“Are you firing me?” he asked.
“Not necessarily. I’m going to offer you a choice. Either I fire you or you get relocated to a different department.”
“Which department?”
“Product testing.”
“Pfft, that’s not a choice at all!” Daniel scoffed. “I’ll take product testing over being jobless any day!” Sophia slid him a piece of paper.
“Go ahead and sign this, then, and I’ll get the gears going for your departmental transfer.”
“Sounds great, sweet cheeks,” Daniel said cheerfully, signing the contract. Sophia’s eye twitched. She had been planning on using the Chronivac on him discretely and behind the scenes, but after being called “sweet cheeks”, she was feeling a bit more vengeful.
“There’s a product presentation for the board later today,” she said. “If you’d like, that can be your first step into product testing.”
“I’ll be there,” Daniel said enthusiastically. Once he left her office, Sophia allowed herself to shudder. The product presentation couldn’t come quickly enough.
A few hours later, Sophia went to the conference room the presentation was being held in, bringing her laptop with so she could access the Chronivac. She sat at the back of the room, waiting. When Daniel walked into the room, she quickly had the program scan and upload his information. She made sure to leave on the option for him to remain aware of what was happening while he was changed, as well as everyone else, but adjusted the setting so that the others in the conference room would be amused rather than horrified.
Finally, the presentation started. About ten minutes into the presentation, Sophia told everyone that Daniel was going to help with showcasing the product. Daniel confidently walked up to the front of the room and was handed an article of clothing. He looked down at it, confused.
“Uh, this won’t fit me,” he said slowly. Sophia smirked.
“It will soon,” she muttered under her breath. She adjusted Daniel’s properties to become the perfect person to showcase the clothing. She turned him into…
