The June 2021 Issue of Animalia Magazine was the first issue that was distributed during the IAC, and so helped people know where certain events would be taking place as well as what events would be taking place as part of the IAC.

The Animalian on the Cover was Rock, though was considered a "coincidence picture" due to what the picture was. Mable, according to the (brief) story, decided to take a picture of him during an early morning swim, but with the rising sun behind him illuminating the water on his skin, the fact that his "bald bull" status was helping him "soak up some local color", and the water up to his knees, the picture ended up making him look like an ancient god. No doubt this picture would be the source of many a fantasy.
The real article talked about both the sporting events at Mieni Atoll and a few events that were done "just for fun", such as a "sand castle art contest". Not only was the official IAC Bodybuilding competition going on, but there was also going to be a marathon run doing a circuit of the islets of the Atoll, and a marathon swimming obstacle course.

Another article talked about future Animalia Colonies that had been planned, including the two "mythical" ones that had been on the drawing board for a while, as well as the new French/EU colony that was generating a lot of interest for other nations in the European Union, but quite a bit of headaches for the French Government, as Miss Juliet was noticeably enjoying.
According to the article, Animalia had been popular ever since Lord Dorian, Lady Irena, and Nellie had undergone conversion, but when it had gotten out (despite France's attempts to keep it secret, joked the digital version of the magazine article), other nations had decided that they wanted in on the action as well, much to France's annoyance (and Miss Juliet's amusement). They had already gotten the collected funding to not only renovate the old, dilapidated wine warehouse into a brand new nightclub and casino, but also open a branch of Horizon Labs as well as build several new buildings around, but not on, the Vineyard as well as Miss Juliet's Mansion. The end result, according to the released blueprints, would be somewhat like Casablanca but without the events of WWII, much to the confusion of the movie's fans on how this would be.

Another article was from Heiya Island, and talked about the planned "Samurai Prep School", though it wouldn't be just Chinese and Japanese students going there. According to the submitted blueprints, it would actually look more like a normal prep school with a Feudal Japan theme to match Heiya Island, though with unisex dorms according to what was expected of Animalia by now. At this point almost 50% of both the guys and girls who would be going there had been converted and were getting used to both their increased musculature, strength, and size (for guys) or curves (for girls). While the school wouldn't be officially opening until Fall, the Chinese and Japanese construction crews were already halfway done, despite the discovery of the old coins while digging the foundation.
Speaking of the old coins, there was a sub-article that talked about the discovery, the time period when the coins were minted, and a few theories on why they had been buried on Heiya Island. It was generally accepted that they had once belonged to a high-ranking samurai, maybe even a samurai general, though why he buried them there and never came back to them was still unknown. The article also included a link to a SNL skit that greatly simplified the debate on how the resulting money after appraisal would be divided. While there was nothing about politics or socialism in the skit, lots of people, even the Chinese government, were finding it hard not to laugh at the resulting antics.
