A meeting was arranged for Warren to show his perspective finance man just what the prospects were for what he named, "Transitional Security."
Standing before the big crime boss of the western coast of america, Warren began to explain.
"Transitional Security was exactly what it implies! A security risk in the underworld would most likely be killed and the body left as a reminded to others of the crime. Meanwhile the body, or a bullet, or something might give the authorities a leed and ultimately bring down a part or all of one's empire.
Therefore taking the story of some man named Jimmy Hofart, a man who screwed the big boss' often and die in some mysterious way. Although the body was never found it remains an open case. As Warren discribed the theroy he so planned, a first hand show was being prepared.
Imagine such a man or woman who if still alive might embarress Mr. Joe Vasscopolis. A simple one time injection of Warren's enhancement substance would in a short time cause the person's physical body to become that of some totally different species or genus. The drug could also be inserted into a drink or food in smaller doseages, by which the transition would come on slower but by doing so left the mind to shift also slowly. This manner of transition would leave the memory pattern of the subject intact, allowing them to realize their new state and understand it.
Mister Vasscopolis was not all that delighted in what he heard as with Warren's process he might be stuck with a bunch of learned animals about.
Warren continued to explain that those choosen to undergo such treatments would in likely facts be as special species making them as animals of great value to zoos and private collectors. So, by doing this Mister Vasscopolis would see justice doaned out and reap a profit from the wouldbe transitioned person. He might like to watch the onslaught of the person as the transition begins. To see those learning of their ultimate doom and then knowingly understanding as to what degraded creature they are to become. This being much like a good way to get even with certain embarrsements, making them pay for their crimes, and being then a physical asset and sold into bestial bondage.
Now Warren got Mister Vasscopolis total attention. A wave of his mighty hand directed Warren to begin on one man and woman who turned state's evidence in a tax fraud case.
