Prince Muldajak's ears were now long and pointed. His raving didn't cease.
"YOU WILL DO AS I TELL YOU! I'M YOUR MASTER! ME! ME!"
He continued, unaware that his end was near. His fingers grew together into one shiney black mass. The same happened to his feet. He didn't notice though. He was absorbed in what would become his final temper tantrum. His jumping shook loose a small bristled tail that fell from the back of his robe. At this point, the guards began to laugh. It was comical seeing his tail swish back and forth and his ears twitch.
"WHAT ARE YOU LAUGHING AT?!" he screamed. He happened to catch a glimpse of himself in the mirror and quickly grew fearful.
"WHAT KIND OF SPELL HAVE YOU PUT ON ME?!" he said, his voice a bit higher.
His arms and legs grew longer.
"VILE SORCERER!"
The young Prince began to cry as he watched his clothes disappear and brown fur cover his pink body.
"YOU TURNING ME INTO A HORSE?!"
"No, that would be too good for you. You are going to learn to work for your meals. You will sleep on hay. You will continue braying much as you always have."
His nose grew into his mouth. His mouth stretched into a long muzzel. He wobbled on his legs until he fell onto all fours.
"PLEASE DON't Do tHis. I'll DO AneeeTHing. Eee-auu'll Do anythiNG yOU WaNT."
Fur spread over his entire face, down his legs, and over his back. His teeth became hilariously large. His blonde hair became a mane. It was the only sign that he had ever been a young man at all. He pleaded to be changed back, but his words were drowned out by the guards laughter.
"aNEEEEEthIng buTThis...I dOn'T WantTo Beeee-auuugh eeeh-aaaugh..."
And the last words, indeed the last trace that Prince Muldajak stood before them, became the first bray of this frightened, young donkey.

"You're free good people! You are free!"
Genie paraded through the streets, followed by the guards, no longer lackeys to the Prince. There was rejoicing and celebration. But there were still injustices that Genie had to right. He stayed only a few hours before leaving for the next kingdom. At the back of the procession, almost unnoticed, trudged a small donkey with a blonde mane. So odd that a donkey would have a blonde mane. It eventually accompanied Genie on his quest. Though the townspeople were gratful for their freedom, they always wondered what happend to young Prince Mulajak.
