While the others were chatting, Max turned his attention to the device and started looking through. He found an option to hide all of the changes, and after selecting it he saw that the names on his and Ricky's profiles had changed to Maxine and Nikki. Content that the game wouldn't be blown with the changes hidden, Max held it up. "Hey, you guys should see this!"
"Max? What are you doing?" Ricky asked, eyes wide as he watched his twin show the two kids the chronivac.
"It's cool, we're all friends here," Max said. As Lee approached and Maddison leaned over to look at the device, the former bringing Ricky with him since his arm was still around him, Max explained what the device could do, and even showed it off by changing his shirt from pink stripes to purple then back.
"Holy shit!" Lee said.
"That's amazing. It's like magic," Maddison added.
"Can I see?" both kids asked at the same time. Ricky shook his head slightly, trying not to be too obvious, but Max was considering.
