Jennifer put her hand on the door as she was prepared to enter the store. sure Cliff and the others wouldn’t mind if she started browsing by herself. once inside that The pumpkin spice smell was even stronger then it was outside, yet Mingling with it was another scent for it was something woodsy…
The woman at the front desk looked up from her magazine. her brilliant green eyes was staring right through Jennifer as she was getting a weird feeling by this red-haired saleswmon. almost like someone was creeping her out.
“hello there. Can I help you with anything?” she said.
“nah… I’m just waiting here for my friends right now. still, We got this costume party coming up, so…”
“…so you're wondering if we have any costumes here that you might like?” the red-haired saleswoman finished, almost shocking her by this. “well, We do have a very nice selection here. it's not much, but we got a little something for everyone…”
the saleswoman paused. Jennifer started to wonder if waiting outside was a better choice. shortly though, she spoke up again.
“My name’s Laika, by the way. what's yours?” the saleswoman, laika said.
“Je... Jennifer.”
“Oh, Jennifer…” Laika said, trilling the R. “That’s a very beautiful name. do you want help by showing you around?” Laika ask.
“thanks, but no thanks. i'm good. i'll just be browsing right now, but i'll call if I need anything.” she said.
Jennifer was unable to ignore how Laika was wearing a red tail as she was wondering how she was able to wear such a thing that was underneath her fleece skirt. It was the exact same color as her hair, that rich flaming color. however, Jennifer started to look down on each rack of costumes that the store had.
looking over to a rack of costumes, all Jennifer saw of them were the same theme that she thought she would good as a fears dragon from a fantasy aisle, but being her favorite movie character would be a dream come true. with that, Jennifer started to look in each of the aisle with one theme in mind...
