Billy stood up from all fours and lunged at Matt. He quickly froze in place.
Matt said, "Ah ah, if you think you're getting the wand from me I've locked it so it only responds to me. See for yourself."
Matt handed the wand to Billy and Billy tried to use the wand but it was no use, just like Matt said. Matt couldn't lock the wand for more than twenty-four hours but that was long enough that Billy didn't need to know that the wand would be unlocked tomorrow.
Matt continued, "And I can use the wand even if I'm not touching it."
Billy noticed his nose grow into a dogs nose with a muzzle that extended in front of his eyes.
Matt said, "Now give me the wand and get back on all fours. The more you act like my loyal and obedient dog, the more you will stay human but defy me and you'll become fully a dog."
Billy gave the wand back and went back down on all fours. "Woof woof, just turn me back to a normal guy!"
"Sit," said Matt.
"What? Dude, please don't make me take commands," said Billy, backing up on all fours.
"Bad dog," said Matt. He waved the wand, and suddenly a tail buttplug appeared in Billy's ass.
"Oohhhhh!" Billy moaned. "Come on, take it out!"
"Sit," said Matt.
Billy unhappily sat down on his haunches like a good dog.
"Down," said Matt.
Billy put his arms down and rested his head on the ground, looking pleadingly up at Matt.
"On your back," Matt said.
Billy rolled onto his back. His soft dick flopped between his legs.
Billy said, "You've won already. You turned me into a dog slave. What more do you want?"
Matt said, "Well, technically I haven't turned you into a dog slave yet. You're very doggy right now but you're no slave."
Matt waved his wand and a leash and collar appeared. "Put that on."
Billy put the collar around his neck. Matt waved his wand again and restored Billy's nose to a human nose. "See Billy, it's up to you. Keep obeying and you get your humanity back."
Matt waved his wand and a dog kennel appeared. "Get in."
The dog kennel was just barely large enough for Billy to fit inside. He had to stay on all fours inside the kennel.
Matt said, "Now for the slave part. I don't want you to be too gay because it's more fun to think of you as straight but so that you enjoy this too, I wish for you to be sexually aroused whenever I give you a command. I also wish for you to be registered as my slave officially so when we go outside, people will think it's normal for me to be taking my dog boy slave for a walk."
Billy said, "Please don't make me get aroused by your commands. It's bad enough having to obey you but having people see my erection is too embarrassing. You wouldn't do that to a friend would you?"
Matt said, "Well I only just now turned you into a dog slave. It would be a shame to change you back so soon."
Billy asked, "So you're going to change me back?"
Matt said, "I haven't decided what I'm going to do. When I get bored with dog slaves, I'll come up with something else to do with the wand."
