Aaron didn't want to be changed by the nurse, and he knew there was only one way he wouldn't have to deal with with. He replaced "nurse" with "bathroom." He wasn't sure if that really did anything, since he technically could have just walked to the bathroom without changing the text, but he honestly didn't care.
The bathroom was empty, thankfully. He notices a box of clean diapers in the corner of the room, and he quickly grabs one. He wipes himself down as best he can and changes into the new diaper. Before he leaves the bathroom, he generates a new sentence.
"The teenager is in the bathroom at school and has just changed into a new diaper."
