"No, no... this is all...", Lily was at a loss for words. The impossible had been done to her. Her face suddenly turned angry. "What did you do to me you sick freak!", she screamed.
"Relax, girl. I told you. I saved your life.", the doctor calmly said while writing down notes. "You were lucky you even crashed where you did. To say that after the crash you had any legs at all would be generous. They were completely mangled. They would have needed to be amputated, anyway. Champ there was the truly unlucky one. That trailer he was in crumpled like an aluminum can right on his head. I'm sure it was at least a quick way to go.", the doctor said casually.
Lily was disgusted. She looked down at herself once more. She had been familiar with Champ, raising him from a foal. She never thought she would end up this familiar with him, though. She saw where her flat, toned stomach crested to a rounded point. Her human skin ended in a sudden line, met with the short furred flesh of Champ. Lily saw the occasional suture and staple. Despite the gruesome flair, the lines were clean.
The doctor's word weren't lost on Lily, though. She fought her instinct to yell and carry on and thought for a moment, before calming. "I don't get it. Why did you do this? How did you do this?"
"I'm a veterinarian specializing in emergency surgery. I'm used to life or death situations. My methods may be unorthodox but trust that I'm the only one that could have saved you. You would have died from blood loss on your way to the hospital, alone, were it not for the donation of your stallion, there.", the doctor said, still writing the entire time.
"I... uh...", Lily stammered, not sure how to feel. She was awash with many different emotions. Anger that she had been operated on without her consent. Grief at the loss of her favorite horse, Champ. Frustration at her current helplessness, and perhaps most of all, confusion, at the feeling of her new body.
The doctor didn't speak for a moment, allowing Lily to experiment with herself, albeit carefully and slowly. She tense a leg, flexing it as best she could. Her leg was still very numb, likely from some anesthetic from the surgery. Despite the numb sensation though she felt the massive thigh tense and swell as Champ's muscled thigh flexed. She tried to bend her new leg at the knee, and while the sensation wasn't pleasant, after a moment it obeyed her, drawing the end of her leg toward her.
She looked down and saw the hoof move toward her. Champ was well taken care of. She had had new shoes put on him only a week ago, though they were her shoes, now, she reasoned.
She looked back to the black flesh between her thighs. The folded sheath wobbled back and forth with each movement she did. She saw beyond it Champ's massive testicles, rolling in the sack as she shifted her legs.
She wanted to check something, just to get a better picture of her new body. She reached forward and with one hand pulled her huge sack toward her, while her other hand dove below it. Looking for her vagina she only found the wrinkled, leathery flesh of Champ's smooth taint. She almost laughed at herself for even hoping it would be there. Champ certainly didn't have a vagina, and with it being his body below hers, why would she have one, now?
Just as she let her new package go the doctor turned in his chair toward her.
"Now. There are multiple experiments that must be done to ensure that you can actually function before I can discharge you."
