It was Monday morning and Roger's alarm went off at 7 am. He gave his his snoozing wife a kiss, then got out of bed. It was unusual for Maureen to still be sleeping at such a late hour, she was usually an early riser but he let her snooze. He could make his own breakfast. After last nights escapades no doubt she was exhausted.
He was also eager to get out of her way for another reason even if he wasn't actually aware of it. In the back of his mind he feared she might have second thoughts about some of the things they had done last night. He did not want have to face the repercussions, or at least wanted to delay the argument, one he knew he could not possibly win.
However when he got to the kitchen he had a surprise. There was Liz, wearing one of Maureen's robes. He had just assumed she had gone home last night but clearly she must have stayed in the guest room.
"Good morning Roger. Did you have a good sleep?"
"Good morning Liz" Roger felt a bit awkward. They had been intimate last night. "I had a good night. Did you stay in the guest room?"
"Yes I did"
"I thought you must have gone home" He looked embarrassed
"Home? I am home"
"Your own bed...." Roger was puzzled
Roger's answers convinced Maureen (In Liz's body) she had been mistaken last night. She had been puzzled why he had called her Liz when he had ejaculated. It all now made sense! He didn't know about the body swap! That meant when they had made love he had thought she was the real Liz! Thoughts were running through her mind. She had gone and got permission from Liz before they had sex. That meant Roger thought he had her permission to make love to Liz! She had taken a cork out of a bottle! Was she going to be able to put it back in?
"Roger.......About last night..... Don't assume it will happen again"
"I won't. I understand I was fast. Too fast. I'm sorry. Once Maureen gave her permission. I got a bit excited"
"No there was nothing wrong with your performance. It's just that Maureen gave me permission to do it once. She may not be happy should we repeat things"
"I understand. I would not have done it only that Maureen had said I could. I just hope there are not any consequences. I hope this hasn't put your friendship in jeopardy"
"I hope so too" Maureen replied. "I don't want to do anything behind her back"

Liz stayed in Maureen and Roger's bed and watched while he showered then dressed for work. When he commented about her staying in bed she replied she had a mild headache. He kissed her goodbye and reminded her that "Liz is up and in the kitchen"
Maureen entered the bedroom as soon as Roger had driven off. "Roger said you weren't feeling well" Maureen enquired to her body still sitting up in the bed.
"I'm fine. Just didn't feel like getting up"
"He didn't know" Maureen said.
"Didn't know what?"
"Didn't know that we had swapped bodies"
"Well I didn't tell him. I thought you said you had"
"He thought I was was really you"
"What's your worry? We swap back and he's your husband again"
"But he cheated on me"
"No he didn't. He had your permission. He's not guilty of anything"
"I just don't know..... I'm all confused"
"Don't worry. He loves you. I can guarantee that. So are we ready to swap back?"
"Yes. Before I get into any more trouble. I'll get the medallion"
