“Fairy Flight.” Read Amanda as she swallowed as she looked at her drink, if her theory was correct, she was about to become a fairy but how? How was it possible? How could drinking a drink from one of the most popular Juice/smoothy store on the planet cause this.
Tears were forming in her brown, green eyes as she felt herself get smaller, it was slow at first, slow enough that if she hadn’t been expecting/looking for it she wouldn’t have noticed. As she shrank everything around her got bigger and bigger, then she felt her skintight shorts fall to the pavement of the sidewalk, leaving her standing there in her underwear not that anyone really cared at the moment. People where panicking, all around her more and more people were changing into creatures a few people like her seamed to have figured out it was the drinks.
“MY GOD I AM A MERMAID!” yelled a woman “IT’S The DRINKS! WE ARE BECOMING WHAT WE DRANK!!!”
People where panicking but an elderly woman near Amanda was actually thanking God because she had never drank one of those new age drinks and was spared.
Amanda couldn’t blame her, she wished she had never had the stupid drink either as her hand got so small the plastic bottle she had been holding fell onto the sidewalk. Her bra was next falling down as her shoulders came together and she was small enough that it dropped straight down. Her hair band felt as heavy as a brick and was hurting her neck and as fast as she could she ripped it off letting it fall away. Her Golden honey brown hair fell down over her face as she kept shrinking, her underwear went as well, because it was bigger than her whole body now. This left her nude, but no one seamed to care on bit.
“God damn it.” Said Amanda her voice sounding softer even to herself as she turned around and looked back up at the dress, she had been dreaming to wear to her high school reunion, it now looked like it had to be hundreds of feet above her and the skyscrapers of the city looked higher than the clouds as she stood in a pile of her own cloths. As suddenly as it had started it had stopped and she was no longer shrinking.
She looked at her nearby running shoes and the fallen cup, judging by her size she estimated that she had dropped from 5’4 to maybe 5 inches or around the size of her smart phone which was now lying on the ground in what remained of her cloths, she could see her reflection in the screen of her phone and she looked like a mini version of herself.
Then more changes took place, her arms became impossibly thin, same as her legs, but both remained feminine. Her necks elongated and her hair while remaining the same honey brown she loved somehow became silky smooth and almost seamed to flow like water over her shoulders. Her breasts either grew in size relative to the rest of her or her body thinned out making them just look bigger. Her ears became pointed and grew outwards a good amount so that not even her hair could hide them. Her middrift became even stronger to the point that even without flexing she could see each muscle group, same with her arms and legs yet from her view she still looked sexy.
So far none of the changes had been painful, weird yes but painful no. That changed when she fell to her knees in pain as she held her belly, with a burst of pain, a small amount of blood and tears running down her face two pairs of insects like wings grew out of her back, one pair about equal with her shoulder blades and a second pair in like with her rib cage.
She sat on her knees breathing heavily as she looked at her shadow, four large…well large to her wings now came from her back and as she sat there she could see that they were semi-transparent like a dragon fly wing but some parts of them had a blue tint and a few gold had gold tints.
“Fuck.” Was all she could say as she looked at the scenes around her. Slowly she got to her feet, a 5 inch tall nude fairy in the middle of down town in a world where more and more people where becoming mythical creatures.
