Amy, Lina, and Samantha passed through an aisle filled exclusively with rubber masks of animals and monsters. Exiting through the other end, they found themselves at the front of the store again, and saw the old man behind the counter.
They got in line behind a trio of very old looking gnomes, who seemed to be trying to convince the shopkeeper to accept turnips as compensation. After what seemed an age of the two parties bickering, the shopkeeper let them take their purchases at a rate of half gold, half turnip.
The gnomes walked off with their products, gloating to each other about their haggling skills. The shopkeeper looked thoroughly annoyed, shaking his head at them as they left the store. He didn't seem to notice that the girls were in line too.
Amy approached the counter with the shopping basket clutched in her hoof hands, "uhhh...heighllo?" she neighed softly.
The old man started at this, quickly turning to face the horse girl. "Deepest apologies" he said quickly, swiping a small pile of turnips off the counter and out of sight, "how may I help you?"
Amy hoisted the nearly overflowing basket up onto the counter. The shopkeeper raised a bushy white eyebrow, "Spending spree, eh?"
His eyes darted towards the entrance for a moment, "Hope you aren't planning on paying with vegetables today."
"Neeiighhooo" nickered Amy, snorting through her wide nostrils, "just regular dollars from us."
"Good, you accept turnips once out of kindness then every gnome, goblin, and hag starts trying to pay with produce" said the old man exasperatedly. He seemed to notice the two other girls for the first time, his eyes running over the monkey-fied Lina and the girlified Sam.
"Seems like the store got to you before I could get to your credit cards" he said, chuckling at his own line.
Samantha said nothing, but merely popped another small bubble of her Girly Gum, causing pastel pink stripes to appear on her yellow socks, which raised higher to sit just below her knees.
Lina stepped forward and placed the two shoeboxes next to the basket, then pulled two thin golden normalizing glamour bracelets and tossed them on the counter.
"Good idea," said Amy, nodding approvingly, fingering her own leather wristband.
"Well, let's sort through this and see what the damage is!" said with wizard with gusto. he began ringing up every thing the girls had grabbed from the store. It ended up being a lot more stuff than they had realized. Candies, accessories, potions, they really had just grabbed anything that caught their eyes.
After placing everything in some purple paper bags that seemed to fit a suspiciously large amount of stuff, he looked at the girls.
"That'll be 275...hmmmm" he said, tugging at his pointed beard thoughtfully, looking them over again, "how about $200 flat? You girls seem to be having fun, and I don't mind a bulk discount if it'll bring you back in the future!" he winked knowingly.
"That would be excellent, thank yeighhouu!" said Amy before she turned to the other two, "I've got this for now, but you guys owe me next time."
"Ooo-oo-ooh thanks Amy!" cooed Lina happily.
"Thanks!" said Samantha, chewing her gum loudly as she spoke.
Amy pulled out her credit card and the man swiped it on the register. After awkwardly signing the receipt with her thicker fingers, the old man smiled and gestured towards the store's exit.
"Have a fine adventure my friends, and do feel free to come back for more!"
The Amy grabbed the purple shopping bags off the counter, and the girls started walking towards the exit. Lina and Samantha making sure to put their protective bracelets on.

Something to remember, thought Sam, as she, Amy, and Lina stepped back into the regular world outside the store.
