You decide to get and drink Cow's Milk. This is a bit of a risk since you know the milk came from the Cow's Udder. If you are not lucky you will turn into a Female Cow complete with Tail and Udder. That was only one drink though, you still have to drink or eat all of the dairy products in this aisle as well as all of the other aisles.
You don't have to worry about gaining weight though. Your body will burn all of the calories as long as you are still trapped in this Supermarket.
