Alicia woke first. She was very happy to have the familiar feeling of soft fleshy mounds on her chest. What a relief! She had drunk the potion on time. Then she felt further down and sure enough she had a pudgy tummy. No longer did she have an hourglass figure. She recalled Henry's torso from the previous day knowing that was how hers would currently look.
She then glanced at her husband, still sleeping, but facing away from her. Henry was wearing one of her nightgowns, she recalled the awkwardness last night, when they had been putting their pyjama's on and decided to swap. Her pale blue chemise had been too tight on herself so she gave it to Henry and instead wore his grey PJ shirt. The chemise had fitted Henry perfectly....and she now realised it still did! He had narrow shoulders, the chemise did not look tight. That back she was looking at was her own.
She gently touched his arms and gently tugged him toward her. He responded as she hoped and rolled over onto his back. She was right. He had two large breasts, identical to her own. He was physically unchanged from yesterday. It seemed she had drunk the potion on time and he had not.
"Henry" she spoke. It was somewhat of a relief to hear her own voice. In the back of her mind had been a fear of an unexpected change.
"Good morning Alicia" He rolled over fully and smiled at Alicia.
"I've changed but you haven't"
That woke Henry quickly. He sat up and cupped his breasts. "Oh shit! I must have been too slow!" He couldn't help himself and reached across and felt Alicia's chest. It was soft! She had her boobs back! "I must have missed by a matter of seconds"
"I have your tummy. I look pregnant"
"Only for a day though. If I'm right I'll have these until we finish the doll" He cupped his breasts once more. "This is going to make the rest of the week very difficult"
"You shouldn't have stopped to put your boxer shorts on. That cost you 30 seconds at least"
"Easy to say in hindsight, but you are right it was my own mistake. We should have drunk the sachet earlier. Not taken any chances. I think from now on we take it with dinner"
"I wasn't trying to lay blame"
"I know. But I think we now have another problem. If I drank the potion after midnight then I can't drink a second potion tonight or else the tummy change and whatever we drank tonight would last extra long. What did the witch tell me? 2 drinks in one day would make the changes last for 2 x 2 days. 4 days. And that won't start until tomorrow morning"
"But we have to have another sachet tonight or I would be stuck with your stomach for the rest of the honeymoon" Alicia was alarmed
"We definitely have a problem. However we have all day to think of the best solution. Don't worry I won't see you stuck with my tummy. I'll think of something"
"So what do we do today?"
