She pulled out her map and looked at the nearby locations, her eyes landing on a nearby Minotaur Tribe.
"I guess i might be able to stay there with my new skill?" She looked over to the Chimera, before turning back to the map.
"Yeah, let's go there." Bessie rolled up the map and put it back into her bag, setting off into the direction of the Tribe.
It was about two hours later, when Bessie spotted a number of very large tents in the distance.
'That should be it.' She thought, as she approached it.
She had gotten fairly close, when she suddenly heard a shout. "Who're you and what is that thing next to you?!"
Bessie was startled and turned in the direction of the voice, spotting a very large Minotaur.
'I've heard about Minotaurs, but this is the first one i've actually seen...' She looked him over.
'The only differences between them and Beastfolk seem to be the larger size and hooves instead of feet.'
The Minotaur seemed somewhat upset. "Are you gonna answer me or not?!"
Bessie snapped out of her thoughts. "I-i'm Bessie!" 'Dammit, i really can't say anything else.'
She pointed at the Chimera. "This is my Familiar, i assure you he won't harm anyone unless i am in danger."
The Minotaur seemed to be a bit less on edge now, but was still somewhat apprehensive. "Well, what're you doing here?"
"I wanted to ask if i could stay here for a while." She felt stupid for coming here now, but the Minotaur, much to her surprise,
seemed to completely drop his guard after she said that she wanted to stay. "Oh, if that's why you're here then come on in!"
Bessie was stunned, it seemed her skill was far more powerful than she expected.
Minotaur Tribes were well known for being hostile towards outsiders, but he was telling her to come in as if she were a close friend.
She decided to follow him, hoping that they would give her some supplies and a place to sleep for the night.
Bessie had been brought into the small village and introduced to most of the Minotaurs in it, who all greeted her with a smile,
after hearing that she wanted to stay for a while. The last person she met was the Chief of the Tribe, who promptly assigned her a tent.
She was lying down on her bedroll, organizing her thoughts. It was almost as if they had accepted her as part of the Tribe.
'Could it be the skill? The moment i said i wanted to stay, they...' Her thoughts drifted off. 'If i'm right then this skill is pretty impressive.'
She looked over to the Chimera wich had already fallen asleep, before turning her head back and looking up.
'I got a nice place to sleep, some good food and a few friends, all within a few hours. I guess coming here was a good call.'
Bessie slowly started dozing off, now that she finally had a safe place to rest.
