"H-hello? Who is this?" Jen asked, sniffling.
"Oh thank god, how are you? You didn't come to school yesterday, and we got worried." It was her friend and fellow cheerleader, Samantha.
"I-fuck, this is gonna sound crazy. I got cursed, and-and-and... I woke up this morning, and I have the ass of a bear!!" Jen began to sob again.
"Wh-cursed? I'm coming over right now."
"NO YOU CAN'T SEE ME LIKE THIS, I'M A FUC-" *Click*
Jen began to freak out. She couldn't let Sam see her like this! She needed to hide! She stood up on her bear legs, and tried to run. She fell flat on her face, her hips unable to run like her former human legs. She sobbed as she crawled on all fours as fast as she could to her walk-in closet, and squeezed in. Her hips brushed against the doorframe, almost as wide as it. She sat in the corner, crying into her fur for what felt like forever, until she faintly heard the front door open.
"Jen! Are you here?" her friend called out. She heard her maid quietly tell her friend that she was upstairs, and hadn't been out of her room for a day. Jen's heart raced as she heard her door open.
"Jen...?" There was real concern in Sam's voice. Jen choked, trying to keep her sobs as quiet as possible. Her friend must have heard, because the closet door opened.
"Oh my god, you weren't lying! What the hell happened to you?" her friend said, coming over to Jen, huddled in the corner of her closet. Her friend rubbed her shoulders as Jen cried, trying her best not to stare at the bear legs her friend was attached to.
"I-I was cursed! By Kyle!" Jen said, between sobs.
"Kyle? Cursed? What curse?" Sam asked, concerningly
"That curse! Transform or dare!"
"Oh my god, Jen, don't you know not to ask that!" Sam screamed, jumping up. "Now you've cursed me!"
