“First stop is the kitchen,” Winona declared, dragging you by the arm, “Fully stocked with good food and occasionally some good conversation. It’s huge, too! You’ll find room to stash your personal snacks and whatever. Oh, word of advice. Don’t drag your feet, you’ll make Sayaka more pissy than usual.”
“Okay,” you mumble, “I can walk.”
“So let’s see,” Winona counted, “You met Sayaka the ghost, and you met me, which makes two. I wonder where the other girls are…” That’s when you both noticed steam pouring out of the kitchen… no, not steam… SMOKE! SOMETHING IN THE KITCHEN IS ON FIRE!
“AAAAAAUUUUUGGGHHH!!!” a scream echoed from the kitchen, “FIRE! FIRE BAD!”
“Oh jeez, Frankie’s in trouble again,” Winona shook her head, “She’s normally a great cook, but she tends to get distracted easily. Let’s go help!”
You get dragged into the kitchen by the chesty wolf girl and discover exactly what is going on. The oven itself is on fire, several pots on the stove are boiling over too much, and there’s a green skinned girl cowering under a table. Winona quickly grabs the fire extinguisher and blasts the oven down while you get the pots off the stove… without getting pot holders, so you burn your hands a bit. After the immediate dangers were dealt with, Winona went to go console the green girl and coax her out from under her table.
Where Winona was top heavy and had wiry muscle definition, this woman was a bit softer and more hourglass shaped. She was maybe two cup sizes under Winona, dressed in a black turtleneck and white lab coat with blue short shorts and chunky sneakers. Her skin was a bright green and some of her body parts looked stitched together, not to mention the prominent bolts sticking out of her neck. Her hair looked black, but under the right light it had a greenish sheen to it, and it matched her eyes s as almost perfectly.
“M-me name is Francisstein,” the girl explained, still a bit teary eyed, “Me just called Frankie for short. Me tried to make special welcome dinner for new roomate, but me working on too many dishes at once and left roast in oven too long. The roast is ruined now, huh?”
“Aww, it’s okay,” Winona assured her friend, “We can have a do-over dinner tomorrow night. Let’s just get pizza tonight, yeah?”
Frankie sniffled a bit, “Yeah. Me go get me computer and order. What does new roommate want?”
“Uhh… just a regular supreme pizza,” you say, “My name is Wyatt by the way. It’s nice to meet you, Frankie.”
“Nice for meet you, too,” Frankie smiled, “Hmm… me not see humans often. Boys? Oh me see boys when me go grocery shopping and stuff, but humans? Especially boy humans? A rarity! A lark! Me must have opportunity to examine you. No worry though, me won’t dissect you without consent. What kind of scientist would me be if me just barged in on your organs like that? Papa Victor made sure me was a good scientist, just like him!”
“AAAAAAND you’re getting weird again, Frankie,” Winona said, taking you by the arm again, “We’ll talk about this later, but for now I bet Wyatt here would like to see the rest of the house, right? There’s still so many places to look at, and you haven’t even seen the jacuzzi yet!”
