“Serpent of Sicily Pizza. How may I take your order?”
“I’d like to place an order for delivery,” Winona said into the phone, “under Winona Lycan? Yeah, the vegetarian werewolf girl.”
“How often do you guys get pizza?” you asked.
“About twice a month,” Winona shrugged before going back to ordering, “Yes, one large veggie lover’s and a large meat lover’s like usual. Yes, and the flesh lover’s with blood sauce. Can we add a large classic supreme to the usual order? We can? Awesome! Yeah, just bill the Mistress again. Great! See you in thirty!”
“Pardon me, but I overheard you ordering pizza for the male,” Sayaka drifted into the room, “We’re really letting this disgusting creature live with us, then? Have you no sense of self preservation? You know how untrustworthy males are!”
“For the last time, Sadako,” Winona groaned, “Not all boys are craven perverts who have their way with women. You gotta learn how to lighten up around boys. Besides, it’s not like Wyatt is going to be sequestered in the house forever. He’s got an office job.”
“I believe you need to learn to not be so trusting, Winona,” Sayaka growled, “you naive domesticated dog.”
“Call me that again,” Winona glared, “I dare you.”
“Naive domesticated dog,” Sayaka repeated.
“Umm… guys?” you stammered, “Wh-what’s going…”
