“I only got $200 on me,” Winona rummaged in her pockets, “Anyone care to give me a hand?”
“Me check,” Frankie answered, opening her scalp and feeling around inside her brain, “Ah! Me found a Benjamin!”
“Great!” Minnie exclaimed, pulling out her purse, “I can pitch in $500 for the pizza, but I will have you know that this is highway robbery. Tell your manager Minerva Dracula said that.”
“Sorry, flat broke!” Welma admitted in a singsong tone, “I used up my cash on potion ingredients.”
“Humph,” Mandy sighed, feeling around her bandages, “I managed to find one hundred bill. And a quarter. I’m not sure a quarter is going to be all that valuable.”
“I can pitch in about $300,” Sayaka supposed, “Looks like it’s up to the male to cover the last of it.”
“Okay, first of all I have a name,” you snap, “Second, how the heck do you guys have that kind of money in your pockets? Like… just casually? Third, why’s the pizza so dang expensive in the first place?!”
“Well it’s Winona’s fault for ordering Serpent of Sicily,” Mandy argued, “I get that it’s good and all, but Manta Ray’s would have only charged us fifty bucks at the most!”
“I can’t help it!” Winona cried, “Their crust is just too delicious!”
“Oh alright, you little puppy,” Minnie chuckled, “I’ll cover the rest. Poor Wyatt couldn’t pitch in because he wasn’t prepared for such an outlandish price for pizza, is that right?”
“R-right,” you nod.
“It probably not right to make Wyatt pay anyway,” Frankie supposed, “He did just move in and all…”
“G-GAH!” Sayaka gasped, “I can’t believe you guys are giving that disgusting MALE special treatment like this!”
“Now now, Sayaka,” Minnie reasoned, “Not all boys are depraved womanizers like you keep believing. Just give Wyatt here a chance, alright?”
“Fine…” the poltergeist grumbled.
“As for you, Welma,” the small vampire rounded on the lamia, “I can’t say I’m surprised by your lack of funds, but next time you had better be prepared to pitch in or you’ll go hungry for the night. Understand?”
“Oh alright, Minerva,” Welma chuckled, “I’ll pitch in next time.”
“Well what’re we waiting for?” the vampire mistress declared, “Let’s eat!”
