Cassandra felt her thoughts vanishing into the tingling, stretching, tensing, orgasmic feeling, her entire mind subsumed in blissful foot-ness. She's almost entirely lost in the sensations, not a conscious thought on her mind, just feeling and straining.

She huffs a little as her tongue slides along and Cassy's foot clenches. Maddie feels the toes brushing her face and makes a little groaning sound. Salty flesh and the slick, saliva coated tongue meet and... stick together.

Maddie's voice is entirely muffled as the toes seem to stick to her face. She tries to pull away and the skin of her face tugs. Cassy's foot strains and briefly pulls away, but the toes are seamless in the skin of Maddie's face, her tongue flowing into salty foot flesh before they come back together.
Cassy is moaning as Gina glances at Maddie and screams, watching as her friend's face is squishing and disappearing into the right foot preasing into her face. A sound somewhere between a stomach growling and someone gently mashing a tomato sounds around the bonding skin.
Gina watches her own fingers sinking into the flesh of the left foot in front of her. She screams again as ahe watches the skin of the foot strain and her fingers snap back in. Maddie's entire head is gone, her neck sticking out of the heel. Her skin tone is lightening slightly as the pale, reddend flesh of Cassy's right foot presses and squishes into her shoulders, tugging her body in tighter. Her conscious moaning noises seem to have disappeared her hands reaching and trying to find her head but only connecting with foot before squishing and sliding into the foot.

She wasn't just experiencing inflammation: she could see thicker tendons in the back of her feet, the wider ankles, the rounded joints. Her feet were just bigger somehow.
