AUTHOR'S NOTE:
Some of you may have seen this before at another site. It petered out there, but I thought I'd port it into this site and change the parameters a bit. The original story, which will be recreated here, involved a shrink ray. In this version, it's become a "molecular transformation device" to allow for any sort of changes, so have fun with it!
SUMMARY:
Doug, a gay, 37-year-old social outcast, has
invented a molecular transformation device and
brings it to a party where most of the guests are
gay men. His ex-boyfriend, the love of his life
(Danny, age 30), is attending with his new boyfriend
(Matthew, age 34). The other guests are a range of
ages and body types.
MORE BACKGROUND:
Doug is an experimental physicist who
has just invented a device in the shape of a
handheld computer that can transform matter. He
is 37 years old, 5'10", and fairly well built
with blond hair and blue eyes. He is not
unattractive, but his social graces leave a
lot to be desired, and he therefore has
not had much success with men
(although not for lack of trying).
The one man he ever dated for any length
of time, Danny, broke up with him two
years before for Matthew. Doug is
convinced that Matthew somehow tricked
Danny into leaving him, and his frequent
airing of this opinion has endeared him
to no one involved.
Danny is 5'10" with dark hair and eyes.
He is 30 years old and built on a much
slighter scale than Doug, weighing only
about 140.
Matthew is 6'2" and weighs about 175.
He also has dark hair and eyes and is 34
years old.
Bob, a 35-year-old social butterfly (6 feet
tall and 170 pounds), has decided to
repay years of social obligations by
having all of his friends over for a big
blast in his suburban house. Most of the
guests are gay and of various ages and
builds. Because Bob runs in many
circles, many of the guests don't know
each other at all, but there are some
cliques of friends present.
The party is a huge success and
occupies both levels of the house,
spilling out into the back yard.
Doug, Danny, and Matthew are all in
attendance . . . Doug arriving first, and the
other two at some point later on.
Doug wants to vent years of frustration by
using his transformation device at the party. It
has already been tested on animals, so
he knows it works. The question is, who
will he use it on, and what will he do with
those people? Also, will he let anyone
else at the party in on the secret? Will he
transform his victims back?
