I had a hard time until lunch, denying time and again the rumors about french kissing Louise, and few believed me anyway. At least it hadn't become a rumor about us having sex in the hallway… Yet!
Anyway, it was lunch time and, since none of my friends shared my lunch period on mondays I was resigned to eat alone, like usual on the first day of the week, when Alice came toward me and asked "Can I sit with you?"
It surprised me, but I accepted. (I wasn't about to refuse having a cute girl sitting near me, after all.) I'm sure I was blushing like a fool, but if she noticed she didn't let it show.
"Sorry about my sister trying to intimidate you, she's always been a bit too protective of me, especially since Steph' changed." Alice sheepishly said. "That said, I'm curious to know how it became a rumor about you french-kissing her" she added, winking.
Blushing even more, you explained "Well… As we were exiting class, just after she lectured me, Jo Kain tripped me. It made him snicker, which alerted her that something was amiss and turned back, just in time for me to collide with her. Your sister ended on her ass, I ended head first on her chest. I got up as fast as I could, asked her if she was alright and helped her get up. Then, a girl that hated my guts literally seconds earlier kiss my cheek and wink at me while going to her next class."
"Oh…" She said, seeming sad. "Seems your kindness and sincerity made her fall for you."
"Well… If it's true then I'm flattered. But all I know about Louise is that she's a sporty-tomboy, and very protective of you. That's far from enough to know if I'm interested in her or no."
"It's probably just a question of time before she ask you out, so you'll have all the time to know her better." Whispering she added, barely audible "Seems I missed my chances… She's sexier than me, after all."
It didn't stop me from hearing. Alice depreciating her charms awoke a protective streak in me. "I wouldn't say she's sexier, you just have very different sex-appeal! You're the kind of girl we can't help but want to hug. In fact, if I listened to my baser instinct I would cuddle with you for the rest of my life, never letting you go."
It surprised even myself, but I had said this with utmost sincerity, looking straight in her eyes. She smiled at me tenderly, said "I wouldn't mind" before letting her head gently fall on my shoulder.
That's the precise moment I started to realize my encounter with the fairy wasn't a dream. Alice, Louise and probably countless others would turn into succubi and do everything in their powers to date me, even share me. I was scarred, fearing it might cost me my life.
What I didn't understand at the time was that, to turn them into succubi, reality needed to be altered. With Alice & Louise being 2 of 3 identical triplet, the easiest way to make both of them change species, another would do the same. One who, since they never had any feelings for me (or at least positive ones) nor any physical contact with me, wasn't turning into a member of my future harem.
While Stephanie DeFlames wouldn't notice anything strange with her sisters or herself, she was still able to notice how her sisters seemed to develop interest in me, and didn't like it one bit. She decided to keep watching from afar from now but, if things continued that way, she would have to make me disappear from the picture. She was the more successful of the DeFlames triplets! She was the more popular girl in school, the only sister chosen to become a star! How did her sister dare find happiness before her? Especially with such an average guy?!?

Louise had been about to join Alice and me, even if I didn't know it at the time, when she saw the tail end of our little chat and got the wrong conclusion. "So, she was still able to get him in the end, good." After thinking on it a few seconds she mentally added "But if it's such a good thing, why does it pain me so much?"
Then she saw Stephanie too had observed Alice and me interacting, and she starlet clearly didn't like what she saw, with how she was stomping away. "She's about to cause trouble. I'll better follow and stop whatever she's planning."
