"Dare" says Jen before it is too late. She figured that this would be the lesser of 2 evils.
"Huh, well I guess I can make it work still" mumbles Kyle. "Alright, well I was just going to turn you into a bitch, as in a female dog, for like a week. You know, since you are a massive bitch and all. You would have been my pet. But seeing as how I can't do that now, I guess I will go with the next best thing."
Jen was now second guessing her choice. Living as a dog for a week wasn't too bad. It would have just lasted 7 days, and it would be done. But a dare could last forever.
"So, for your dare. When your parent's next talk to you, they will inform you that you are being sent to an obedience school for dogs. I dare you to go there and learn everything there is to know about being a proper dog, from a personal experience stand point. This means that you are not to watch the instructors and sit in on the classes, but will be taking the classes as if you were a dog, not a person. You will learn fast and well how to live like a well behaved and obedient dog. You will do so well that they may even offer you more advanced classes, which if they do, you must also attend them. Everyone will treat you like a dog the moment you enter the building as well. They know you are a human, and not a dog, and are simply doing this to help you learn better. This, among other things, will be done by them to ensure that you are leaving their place as the best behaved, well trained pet you can be. Oh, and one more thing. You won't remember this conversation until you are entered into the course. Instead, up until that point you will believe that this whole thing is your idea and are excited to do it. And once you are in and remember, it will be to late to get yourself out of it, and no one will believe that you were made to do it using the curse."
Jen is left holding her phone to her head, unsure as to why she is doing this. "Get it together Jen. You need to find your sock" she scolds herself. Jen finds it behind her pillow of all places, and heads down stairs once it is on.
Her mom is in the kitchen drinking some coffee while reading a pamphlet for an obedience school. They got a new dog recently, Rex, and he has been quite unruly. He only listens to Jen for some reason, though he also humps her leg the most as well. "Hey Jen, do you think sending Rex to an obedience school is a good idea? This place is extremely high rated, and even comes with a pretty reassuring guarentee, but it is a full time stay kind of deal. I worry that he will miss us too much if we send him."
Jen thinks about it for a second, then has an idea. "What if I went with him? He likes me the most, and this way I can learn how to do things properly first hand."
Jen's mom didn't even hesitate to consider it for a second and readily agreed with her proposal. She called Jen's school and let them know that she will be taking a leave of absence for a month due to "family concerns". She next signs them up for the full course and makes arangements to drop them both off at the obedience school by noon.
