It seemed that the vials normally just changed the body, but Mary remembered that the Precision Mixing tray had mentioned changing behavioral traits and users being made non-sentient. Mary stood and moved back to the living room, grabbing the box of vials and setting it down on the kitchen counter. She glanced down at the figure on the floor and blushed as she started to picture animals, opening drawers. She gathered up the human vial once more, as well as the reality and resist reality vials from the miscellaneous vials. Then she took out both the dog and the wolf vials.
Carefully Mary opened up the resist reality vial and drank it down, setting aside the empty vial to return to the box later. She carefully opened the mixing drawer and placed in the human vial, focusing on intelligence and language, the dog vial focusing on loyalty and devotion, and the wolf drawer focusing on submissive beta wolves. She did her best to keep her mind sharply focused on this ideas even as she closed the drawer and waited. The box made no noise, not even a whir, simply sat in silence for a few seconds before sliding open with only one vial awaiting - a slightly silvery translucent liquid.
Mary tried to keep herself from trembling as she took the mixed vial and the reality vial. She moved to the side of the slowly breathing but unresponsive body on the floor and gently poured the mixed vial into its mouth and then the reality vial. It swallowed with no problem even as the liquids pooled in its mouth. Then a few seconds later it let out a sputtering gasp, squirming on the floor. Mary stepped back, pressing her back to the counter of the kitchen and pushing the box with the vials back against the wall. The two empty vials fell to the counter with a slight clatter as the human being in front of Mary squirmed and stood, blushing.
"Oh Mistress," it said, and Mary's eyes went even wider. "I am sorry for falling asleep on the floor. I don't know what came over me." Mary nodded slowly, examining the being in front of her.
