No one had seen Jason yet but me, and I wanted to keep it that way.
Noticing that the entry hallway was empty and the bathroom door open, I had an idea...
"Hey Jason, it looks like the wind really did a number on your hair."
"Really?! Shit!!" Jason said with alarm, brushing his hand over his hair.
"Not to worry...There's a bathroom down the hallway, first door on your left."
"Thanks, Doug! You're a life-saver!"
I savored the sight of big Jason hurrying down the hall. It was time to freshen up!
After Jason ducked into the bathroom and closed the door behind him, I jumped into action. Entering the hallway, I was, for once, delighted to hear the music blaring. Although I usually hated the endless droning of Bob's disco music, it would be the perfect cover for what would come next.
I stationed myself outside the bathroom door and then, pulling a skeleton key from my pocket, locked it shut.
At long last, the fun was about to begin...
I pulled the transformation beam from my pocket and gazed at the adjustable dial, pondering the essentially infinite possibilities. Hmmm...
I still had shrinking on the brain. But should I go for maximum effect? Or was a more modest test in order?
