Rachel lost her grip, and fell the rest of the way down the couch, cushioned by the soft mountain of fabric that were her panties, sweatpants, and socks, not too long ago. She regained her footing, and started walking, a slight chill ran through her from the cold air of the room on her naked skin. From the lighting, she must've slept into the afternoon, perhaps the early evening.
Out of the den, through the (thankfully) open door, into the hallway.
She got no further than the hallway, however.
Heavy vibrations and dull thuds resounded to the hall. It felt like a giant monster was walking up on her, but she knew it could only be the sound of footfalls, merely sounding enormous to her currently diminutive self.
"Rachel? Are you home?" she heard a booming voice sound through her tiny ears, getting closer. She wasn't sure if she was saved, or doomed.
"Rachel are-" a brief pause signaled Rachel was spotted. "Oh my g- THE SPELL WORKED?!" the supersized shouting was almost painful to the doll sized Rachel.
Rachel's heart and mind were racing.
Spell? As in magic? Magic's real? If that's true, she could turn back to normal, right? And surely, the surprise in the sound of the voice was a sign she wasn't shrunk with malicious intent... right?
Tentatively, she turned to the general direction of the voice. Giant legs came into view. Then, Rachel looked up. And up.
