Princess Galla then began to scream in pain and claw furiously at her skin with her finger nails. She even left long gashes in her arms but instead of blood, golden colored scales were seen.
"My skin!" Princess Galla screamed in angony. "It's on fire!"
King Garon and his Queen look at their daughter sorrow as they desperately try to get to her side to comfort her, but they are held in place by the guards.
Princess Galla suddenly stops screaming and her whole body goes limp.
"NO!" The Queen sobs thinking that Galla has just died.
But suddenly Princess Galla's skin started to rip open.
King Garon and his Queen could only watch in horror as a dragoness the size of a small pony with golden scales and leathery wings folded on it's back, forced it's way out of the empty skin that used to be it's body.
The golden dragoness looked around the throne room and at all the people in it with a look of confusion in her eyes. She couldn't remember anything about her identity or her current location. Then her eyes fell on one person, and her mind was once again filled with memories.
"Mommy!" The dragoness said with glee as she raced to the person and gently laid her large serpentine head on the person's lap and then sighed with pure pleasure as the person's hand began to scratch behind her horns.
King Garon and his wife are still staring in shock at Princess Galla (or Dragoness Galla), as the former princess laid there and was petted by Evil Queen Beth, who Galla now thought of as her mom.
