(Sort of wanted to explore the other watches on the shelf)
A customer walked into the store as he was cleaning the watch display. "Can I have a look at one of those?" The customer said, pointing at one of the watches. But the customer didn't pick the new and fancy Role Swap watch, but one of the older models, the Life Swap Watch.
This was a classic analog style watch. The regular part of the watch worked as one would expect, but there was a button on the side, that if you held it down for five seconds, would activate the life swap feature. It responded to the thoughts of the person pressing it.
The effect was guided by a subdial with several symbols on it. Each one would swap lives to a different degree. Unfortunately, the previous owner hadn't sold it to him with the manual, so the owner couldn't tell people what the symbols actually meant.
