As Rick sped along the highway, he attracted the attention of a state trooper. Rick cursed as he pulled over. First, he and Bruno lost Chad the living Speedo; then Chad's bro remembered Chad was supposed to drive him home, so Rick and Bruno had to improvise. Now, he was getting pulled over in Chad's car. He hoped Bruno was having better luck.
"Hello, officer, is there a problem?"
"License and registration," the policeman requested.
"Oh, sure, sir," Rick said fumbling around in the glovebox for Chad's registration papers, and Chad's wallet was there, he considered giving the policeman Chad's Driver's license, but Chad was blond, taller and heavier than Rick, and with the forget Chad spell in place, Rick wasn't sure what the officer would see.
He handed the state trooper the registration and a driver's license. The trooper walked back to his car.
He entered the plate numbers and the car had just been reported stolen.
He radioed for backup.
There was a lot of chatter. Apparently, a raid was about to go down nearby for the roofie rapist. Some young guy had been picking up hitchhikers, then drugging and raping them. Didn't matter if they were men or women. They'd be found by the roadside with swiss cheese memories of what happened. The rapisr had apparently sent his DNA into Ancestry.com and they'd gotten a match.
Officer Meadows decided he could handle this kid. He pulled out his revolver. He approached the car and said.
