The girls confirmed with the guys that a booking for dinner had been made (It had for 7.30) then informed Tom and Michael that they were heading over to the other house. "I want to select an outfit for tonight. I'll bring your suit back when we return" Kerry informed Michael. The boys were only too happy to stay there and watch the game.
Once in Kate's car, Kerry put the socks back on. She thought she may as well get the changes going again during the 20 minutes drive. However she took the socks off again as they neared her house. The tingling had reached her neck and she wanted to have her own face as they went in just in case the neighbours were about. She also wanted to watch the final stages of her change in a mirror.
As she walked to her front door, she observed that her bra was loose and she was noticeable taller. There was no sign of the neighbours.
On entry the two women went straight to Kerry's bathroom and stood in front of the mirror. Kerry took off her top and observed her changed torso. "I'm so skinny!" she explained. Her hips had shrunk from 37 to 35 inches and her bust had gone from C to B.
"I was a late developer. At 16 I was literally a stick. Personally I'd like to develop a bit more" commented Kate. "We'll have to swap bra's. I guess this one won't fit me once I do my change. I should have thought to bring some clean underwear. Sorry about that"
"No problem. I'm sharing your body. I'm happy to share underwear" She extracted the socks from her handbag "Let's get this started again. Get ready to welcome your twin"
It wasn't long before Kerry's voice changed. The two women then watched as the changes progressed to her face. Kerry was still recognisably herself until her eyes changed. Then she was Kate's brunette twin for several minutes until finally her hair shortened to Kate's shoulder-length, became wavy and turned blonde simultaneously. They waited several more minutes for Kerry's hands to change. Then in Kate's voice Kerry declared. "The tingling has stopped. I'm you now" she giggled exactly as Kate might have.
"It's like looking in a mirror"
"It's so exciting! For the night everyone will think I'm Kate Wilson, wife of Tom. I suppose I'm still Mrs Wilson. However we can't dawdle. There can't be two Kate's. I'll find some shoes you can change with. I'll get the heels I wore when we went to the theatre last weekend" She took off the socks and handed them to her sister-in-law.
The original Kate then followed her twin into the bedroom where Kate number 2 opened the wardrobe and found a pair of black heels. Kate number 1 eyed off the array of outfits hanging before her. She wondered which of the outfits Kerry would choose for hair to wear.
Kerry indicated the bed "Take a seat and put the socks on. These are the shoes I was thinking of. I had my hair done that afternoon so that should be a bonus"
Kate had to admit she had butterflies in her stomach once more. It was hard to believe that in about 40 minutes she would be a completely different person. She put on the socks then placed the black heels on her feet. Her feet were only a half size bigger than Kerry's.
They stayed in the bedroom as Kate changed. Kerry had a full length mirror on the wall in which Kate watched her reflection. Kerry meanwhile took her time choosing clothes that the real Kate would wear. She ended up choosing a backless sequinned bronze midi dress she had bought for her honeymoon and only worn once. She had felt so sexy that night and was so aware of how she had caught the attention of every male who had laid eyes on her. Until now she had not had another occasion to wear it. It was ideal to illicit the feeling she wanted Kate to experience. She also wanted to see Michael's face when he saw his apparent wife in that dress once more.
She then went to her lingerie drawer. No bra was needed with the dress but Kerry decided that a lacy thong would be ideal. Kate had agreed that she would have full choice about about what Kate would be wearing. She also decided that Kate would be wearing 5 inch stiletto's. They may not be the most comfortable shoes she had but the colour was ideal.
Meanwhile Kate undressed as the change proceeded up her body. She took off her skirt and observed that her legs were already shorter and more muscular. Her legs now also had Kerry's olive complexion. As the tingling reached her groin she took off her panties. She wanted to watch the changes to her groin, besides it was pointless being modest about her body now that Kerry shared it. It was fascinating watching her pubes recede into her skin and the pattern of the orchid tattoo slowly appeared. At the same time her hips widened slightly and her bum expanded. She was too busy watching her own changes to observe the dress Kerry had selected.
With Kate's outfit for the evening now sorted Kerry turned to see Kate's groin changing. It was mesmerising watching someone else gain a copy of her private parts. She didn't say anything but picked up Kate's discarded panties and skirt then put them on herself. She was pleased to see Kate had been wearing lacy panties herself. It made her feel a bit less guilty about her choice of clothes for Kate to wear.
Kate took her top off then both women watched as the changes proceeded up her torso. She took her bra off and watched as her breasts grew a size. She thought to herself how much Tom would enjoy playing with them tonight. Kerry put on the bra and top that Kate discarded. The bra fitted her diminished bust perfectly.
It had been fascinating for both of them to watch Kerry's face change. Now they watched the reverse. As Kerry and before that Tom had observed it was not until your eyes changed that you self identity changed. Suddenly it was Kerry in Kate's reflection.
Kate now realised how much shorter she was. She had to look up to see her sister-in-law. She watched the final changes as her hair grew and darkened and as her arm changed. Kerry was already showing her the outfit she was to wear by the time her changes finished.
"I hope you don't mind but you did say I would have total control over what that body wears"
"I don't mind at all" said Kate "It looks great"
"It shows off all your curves. Michael loved it the one time I wore it. I'm sure Tom will as well"
Kate found herself blushing. She knew Tom would drool over her in this dress. "Well I suppose I need to put it on" She decided she would rethink what Kerry would be wearing.
"Why don't you have a shower first and freshen up. We have time. Just keep your hair dry"
