Jack and Teddy stepped through to another dimenension that looked no different to theirs, they looked around trying to find something different but everything seems exactly the same, until they saw the doctor.
The doctor was a kid like them. He was wearing a small lab coat and clothes like the other doctor they meet in their dimension but it was adapted to this doctor's smaller size.
"Good, your here. I received a cross-dimensional message from my counterpart in your universe." The doctor said with a high pitch despite his seriousness.
"I should ask. Are you circumcised?" He asked with apparently very little enthusiasm.
"N-no, I'm not." Jack said a little surprised about the sudden question. Teddy replied the same. "Why is that important right now?"
"That's very interesting. My name is Dr. Park, by the way." The doctor said while he takes notes on a notebook. "How old are you? 10? 20? 30?"
"30? We're both 10. Isn't that obvious by how do we look?" Jack said.
"Sorry. I think I should explain myself. In this dimension, men physical development is connected to the flesh around their foreskins. Ancient tribes had long child populations to reduce their need to food. So, they circumcised just a few people. It was very common to see grown men only as warriors and rulers. Nowadays, that tradition has changed and families can freely choose to keep their sons as child or adults. Usually, a family waits until the boy is ten years old to choose."
"Are you telling us that there are people here that is older than 20 or 30 years old and still look like 10 year old kids?" Teddy questioned.
"Yes, I'm 32 years old. My family decided I won't go through circumcision. Of course, after your get legal age you can freely decide if you want to go through it. Most men don't do it because they become too accustomed to their bodies that they don't feel a need to be bigger." Dr. Park kept writing on his notebook. "We need to analyze the results of our first transdimensional travel. Meanwhile, you can freely explore the place. I recommend you to visit your families, maybe you can get a surprise or two."
Jack and Teddy nodded and left the facilities. Outside, everything still looked quite the same, except for the considerable larger number of boys. They took a taxi and got surprised that the driver look like a kid as well. The driver seat was adapted to his small frame. They asked him to drive them to their houses. They wondered if something was different in their homes.
