next thing Katie knew all she could see is a bright light - as her vision clears she realizes it is a fluorescent light and she is starring up at a ceiling. nearby Katie could hear screaming - as if someone were in agony, followed by someone else saying "push, push, just a little bit more" this goes on for a few minutes when suddenly you hear a woman scream as loud as she can and then there is a brief moment of silence. you hear a *slap* sound followed by a baby's wail. "congratulations it's a girl!" Katie hears someone else say. then a women in a nurse uniform appears above Katie carrying a screaming new born baby. Katie sees her lay the baby down on a towel and the nurse expertly cleans the baby. next she grabs her and places you on the new born baby. after this Katie’s vision goes blank as the nurse swaddles the baby girl up in a pink blanket.
Katie can feel the mothers hand as she holds the baby - Katie feels a movement as the nurse then hands the baby to the mother. the baby is quiet now as the mother holds her and soon enough among the cooing noises you hear a sucking noise - Katie can figure that the baby is being breast fed. after 10 minutes Katie can feel the baby girl soaking her in pee which was bad enough until she also let her first poop into her as well. it was not solid at all and her body absorbed a lot of it. Katie could hear the baby crying again and as the pink blanket was undone and she got a glimpse of another nurse who began the process of changing the diaper. for her this was second nature - she barely even looked as she undid the tapes and pulled the diaper out from the baby before quickly wiping her down and dropping the wipes into Katie. she then balled her up and put her off to the side as she put on a new diaper, wrapped the baby back up, and then grabbed Katie with her gloved hand. She briefly saw the maternity ward - full of probably 50 or so other newborns before being tossed into a very large industrial diaper pail.
only it wasn't a trash can. Katie felt herself falling, and falling, and falling until she impacted on top of a bunch of other diapers that were in a huge dumpster in the basement. some kind of trash chute she figured. almost immediately another diaper landed on top of her, and then another, and another. She realized that they weren't just baby diapers - some were quite large - adult size. all the diapers must end up here. as more diapers fall on top of her - she felt herself being buried underneath them until she could no longer see. She sat in the dumper for a good 2 days before the garbage truck comes to empty the contents of the bin. as she tumbled into the garbage truck she could see a bright light and then darkness once again as she felt herself transform into
