Rick is forced up your throat by your convulsing stomach and you feel his form stretching your latex body as he presses against it. Bending your long neck down you open your mouth impossibly wide again and feel Ricks bulk begin to emerge.

"Ah! What the hell... ow..." he finally speaks as he grabs something behind him. You can tell whatever it is, he is not in agony, just mild pain. He slowly stands up and you can see behind him, between his legs, a little grey tail slowly stretching toward the floor. Rick has his hand around the base and is pulling on it, discovering that it is indeed extending from his own spine.
"Whats happening? Why do I have a tail?" He bends his head around to glance at his own backside as best he can. Standing there completely naked in front of you, you see the tail growing a lump at the end as its tassled tip forms. Its not a normal tail though, you have seen this before, as it forms fully it becomes shiny, smooth... balloon like.
With squeaks and pops Rick handles his new tail a look of shock on his face as he cranes his neck to see it better. He pulls on it and rubs his hands over it, feeling the new sensation of his new extremity.
Another gasp escapes him and he falls to his knees again, his hands this time fly to his ears. He cups them and moans. "Uungh.. my ears... on fire... the pressure. Ungh.." he rocks his head in his hands.
Slowly from under his hands you can see something emerge, pressing his fingers apart as they grow. His ears growing, becoming pointy at the tops as they extend from under his hands and Rick continues to whimper. As his large donkey ears near their full size they swell and Rick grunts as he feels the pressure. With a squeak each ear becomes smooth and inflated, bending a little under Ricks hands and deforming like balloons do when twisted in such a way.
Rick touches them gingerly at first and then sighs as he strokes his new smooth ears. "This is wrong. This cant be happening. They feel smooth... good... no! Whats happening!" Ricks confusion is nearly absolute.
