Having determined the order of play, Sarah snatched up the dice to go first. Shaking them in her closed hands, she released them to roll across the board. As they all watched, the dice landed on a 2 and a 4, so Sarah moved her green pawn forward 6 spaces to land on a square showing a question mark.
"I wonder what type of 'tasks' the game will have us do?" she wondered aloud as she reached for the card atop the ? pile. "'Do 10 jumping jacks.' ... Huh, well, that seems easy enough!" She got to her feet and proceeded to perform the simple motion, hopping in place to spread her legs and snap them back together while swinging her arms repetitively from her sides to clap above her head until she'd completed ten.
Jen looked a little wary as she picked up the two die for her turn. "Is this some sort of exercise game, Hailey? I thought we were here to relax and eat popcorn?" she allowed the dice to clatter in her hand for a while longer than necessary since she wasn't very fond of performing physical feats in front of her friends.
"Only the ? space said you have to do a task" Hailey encouraged. "The others said stuff like 'animal,' 'body' and 'size' ... lets see what happens if you get one of those! C'mon, ROLL!"
