After all the girls had found something to wear, they had packed up the game, making sure not to leave any pieces in Samantha's apartment.
Then they had all left the building and were headed for their car. Suddenly Emily stopped, "You know what? Fuck that old guy. We can't give this back."
The others stopped and turned to Emily. "What do you mean? Don't tell me you want to keep it too?" Tracy asked.
"No no, she's right. If we give this back to the store, he'll just sell it to someone else." Sandra explained. "Do we really want this game toying with more people?"
Tracy nodded, holding out the game. "You're right. It's just wood and plastic. We burn it."
Emily produced a can of pepper spray and a lighter from her purse. "And we make sure there's nothing left."
Not liking the look in Emily's eyes and not wanting to get hit with her flamethrower, Tracy quickly put the game down on the ground. Emily lit the lighter and began to spray her bottle, a cone of flame was produced, engulfing the box. It quickly caught fire. But Emily didn't stop, not until her pepper spray was completely empty and the lighter would barely spark.
Now the girls simply watched as the charred box shriveled to a burnt crisp. They watched as the evil game was destroyed. As they watched the fire, they joined hands, firmly clasping the hands of their friends, thinking back on the bizarre day they'd had.
"I have one more wish." Emily said. Everyone looked to her. "I wish we'd stay friends, forever." She said with a smile.
Samantha smiled back, "After today? You don't need a magic wish for that to happen."
As the final embers of the game flickered to nothing but sparks, the four college girls hugged and returned inside for a much needed rest.
