Codename: Fertility Idol
Known Abilities: Initial observations with outside world show the Idol's use in promoting pregnancy in it's original culture. The culture and modern day counter parts have been erased on orders showed that the Idol still got worshiped in sorts from couples who were having troubles having kids.
Initial examinations show that the Idol seems to generate a sort of energy that is released when animals draw near. Increase in sex drive seem to be a common effect in those effected, men seem to have higher sperm counts, and women were more likely to be impregnated. Tests on women with menopause show they are still infertile. Examining energy levels when we keep the Idol in storage it seems to keep rising.
Secondary testing occurred after we took the Idol out of storage after a year of containment. We brought an infertile woman and exposed her to the Idol. We expected it might have been possible that the woman may become fertile, but we weren't expecting the woman to become pregnant. After delivery we did some DNA tests and instead of the baby girl being a clone the girl had a lot of genetic similarities to those from the civilization the Idol originated from. We have no need for the Idol currently, but best to keep under lock and key if we want to reintroduce the civilization to the world.
Tertiary testing happened on accident. Turns out the standard leaded storage container was fine for the first decade when it was taken into deep storage. 4 decades later when we started taking Artifacts into deeper storage the Idol's detection had grown alongside it's energy level. The 5 in charge of transporting the Idol triggered the Idol when it was still inside Containment. The 5 used to be male but is now female, and seems to be perpetually pregnant. We'll see if any of the children will be useful as 5's but now Containment objectives have changed
Containment: Keep in a leaded storage container. It only reacts when it senses life and this seems to be good enough. Cancel this last part. It's power and detection increases with unuse. To keep it from accidentally turning a large portion of the earth's population into perpetually pregnant women the Idol is to be used constantly by 5's trying to make more 5's. If this stops becoming viable destruction may be possible
