It begins after only 10 minutes for Jeff. At first, he notices his arms, armpits, back, and chest begin to shed hair like a dog in spring. As he leans over to get a pillowcase that he has dropped, he falls forwards as an unfamiliar weight swings him forwards onto his bed. Now Jeff runs to his new mirror, stumbling several times as he has yet to adjust to his new, and also currently changing center of balance.
When he gets to the mirror, he removes his shirt completely, revealing his 6, brand new boobs. From just below his collarbone to just bairly stopping at his midriff, are 3 rows of growing boobs. His uppermost pair is also a is larger than the rest by a bit. Though his lower most is definitely the smallest pair as well. He estimates his top row is 2 cup sizes larger than the middle row, which is another cup size larger than his bottom row.
Jeff cautiously pokes his right, middle nipple with a newly manicured fingernail and feels a bolt of pleasure charge through his body. The tip of his nail, now with a small rounded point, put the full pressure of his finger down onto one point, amplifying the effect.
Jeff continues to watch his breasts finish their growth while standing in front of the mirror. His top pair end up being quite large, completely blocking most of his lower body from his view when he looks down. They are large enough to slightly spill over to either side, preventing him from extending his arms out directly forwards at certain angles, unless his goal is to squish his largest pair of breasts together that is.
His additional rows are also quite large, albeit 2-3 cup sizes smaller than his top pair respectively. And thanks to the part of the transformation that turns his upper body female, the 6 of them appear to be much larger than he initially thought as well.
His smaller, thinner upper body cannot be described as anything but feminine too. Hairless, with soft, perfectly maintained skin, and a well kept physique. Nothing that screams complete fitness junky or bikini model, but good enough to still be very attractive nonetheless.
Jeff actually is getting pretty excited now, and turns to look at his new wardrobe. Tens of dresses now fill his closet and just about all of them have deep, plunging necklines, or sheer fronts that show off his triple cleavage. Several of them are even held together by a few ribbons which get wrapped around his chest and tied into a bow on the backside. Almost none of them have any material above his armpits outside of a thin strap, maybe 5 at most. And that includes a backless halter neck style black dress that looks more like a maid's outfit than something you would wear normally. He did like how that one in particular had its corset divided into 3 segments, one for each row of breasts, in order to push all of them up and in a bit.
Another discovery Jeff finds in his closet is several new style bras. Now supporting 6 cups each, and wrap around the back with a stiffer kind of material that is both flexible to his touch and to allow the body to twist and turn about but ridged enough to secure and support his breasts somehow. All while being very easy to conceal, and with no front straps connecting either side together, nor uncomfortable wires.

This does also hint to him that his face and head are likely about to become feminine too. He only stated "upper body" when making the changes, and the Chronivac probably includes the head in that description if his voice is changing. 5 minutes later and sure enough, Jeff is staring back at his increasingly feminine face.
His features soften here and there, and his face slims down, while his chin narrows as well. His lips become fuller as his eyes slightly get bigger in size. His nose shrinks down until it is no longer as bulky as before, and his eyelashes lengthen and get fuller. Jeff watches his eyebrows thin out as well. His hair then straightens out, becomes very fine, and grows a few inches in length, landing about 2 inches below his chin and turns a lighter shade of brown.
Looking at himself from the side, Jeff can see how his new bob cut fits his face well, and is even angled down towards the front. He feels several pinches in his ears as numerous holes open up in them, and then a rather unexpected one in his septum.
From the waist up, Jeff is now 100% a cute teenaged girl. And in 5 more hours, everyone withing the range he had set, will also be fully female on their upper half at least, with an assorted, but even amount of breasts each.
