This entry concerns G.E.T. agent Sylvia Monet, a victim of the transformative magic of Entity 665.
Agent Monet has served the G.E.T. foundation for as many as 6 years [Editor's note: Specific numbers, please] and has risen to a rank 4 management position, and is generally considered an extremely competent and hard-working employee. Prior to Transformation she was a 32 year old Caucasian woman standing at approximately 5'8". After being transformed, she appears as an instance of Entity 665 standing at roughly 4' tall, with red skin and the usual features of this entity such as horns, wings and a tail as well as a childlike appearance, looking no older than 10.
She has retained her blonde hair and general facial appearance.
Agent Monet is currently labelled Entity 665-? due to an unusual circumstance - unlike others transformed by the imps, she has seemingly retained her intelligence and her extremely professional, somewhat cold personality. [Editor's note: "cold" is an opinion. Please try to keep language neutral, clerk.] After several neuropsych and personality tests, Agent Monet has requested to return to her management job, a request that has been granted by the higher-ups, who have even granted her a resized version of her agent's uniform.
Agent Monet's personality does indeed seem to be the same as usual, she still wears her hair in that neat bun, speaks with a faint french accent in a cold and detached manner and retains her old annoying habit of adjusting her glasses when she makes a point, though it is this clerk's opinion that allowing her to continue work as an agent is risky, as she may just be pulling a long-term prank that could put us all in danger. ADDITIONAL ADDENDUM

To assuage the fears of clerk Jones and any other staff, my condition has been evaluated by senior staff members - including our psychology and neuroscience experts - and I have been declared fit to work. The current theory is that my personality and dedication to work is so directly opposed to the mindset of Entity 665 that it has caused the mental effects of the transformation to fail. I am currently under supervision and I am required to submit regular reports each day, an arrangement with which I find no problem. I have signed a contract agreeing to never use my magical abilities outside of a research scenario, and have also agreed to be contained with the other instances of Entity 665 if I ever so much as pull a single "prank." Furthermore, I have submitted myself for study with regards to my changed anatomy and my new powers. I currently reside in the rank 4 dormitories under camera supervision as I am no longer fit to leave the facility due to my appearance.
It should be noted that if my performance reports are to be believed, my work ethic has not faltered at all since my transformation, and I am still able to manage and command lower-ranked staff as efficiently as I have done in the past.
