It seemed Humanity would be facing issues. Faced with the option to achieve payment towards the family and being offered a life of luxury, a gentleman in his 20’s decided to try it. It seemed interesting and possibly a different outcome compared to renting for decades.
The gentleman was welcomed into a room by a nurse. He sat in a waiting room to sign some forms, something which made sense and he made sure to discuss with his family before coming.
After the forms came the books. They were thick encyclopedias in the middle of the room. There were a few copies of each. There was a book of creatures on file for freshwater fish, ocean dwelling saltwater animals, the Arctic and Antarctic, placental mammals, avians, marsupials, reptiles, insects and bugs, and arachnids.
Thoughts came forward. What type of life was of interest after? Did he want to continue to speak? A parrot may be the only option. Did he want to be long lived? He may be looking at an elephant, crocodile, turtle or Termite Queen. Did he want to be a carnivore, herbivore, or omnivore? Did he want something with opposable thumbs? Did he want to be bipedal or quadrupedal? Did he want to live in hot or cold places? Humid or dry? Social or isolated? Predator or prey? Young or old?
There were lots of considerations.
